...’Oppenheimer’. Yes, it was a big night for the director Christopher Nolan and his crew.The film about the "father" of the atomic bomb won seven awards from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences of the United States on Sunday, including Best Picture and Best Actor in a leading role for Cillian Murphy. Best actress in a leading role went to Emma Stone,for her role in “Poor Things.”





 There was also time for musical performances. Enjoy Ryan Gosling singing ‘ I’m just Ken’.

Remembrance Day is on November 11th . This is a very special day because it marks the end of World War One in 1918 . The war officially ended at the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month – that means 11:00 a.m. on November 11th.  Every year British people come together to remember those who died in wars across the world. People wear red poppies on their clothes.The red poppy became a symbol of Remembrance Day because they grew on the battlefields.
